  I ordered an item online from Costco, but they gave Old Dominion incorrect contact info. I was finally able to track down (from Costco) where it was at. Explaining the situation, they confirmed they had tried to contact me many times unsuccessfully (incorrect contact info will do that) over a period of WEEKS - not only had they tried to contact me, but also the sender of equipment - to no avail.
  
  Of course, this happens *2 business days* before Christmas, but understanding it was a gift, they worked with me and delivered it the very next day, despite it being the busiest time of the year.
  
  The office (Vinnie) followed up twice to ensure everything was A-OK, and the deliveryman was extremely polite and friendly. Also a shout out to the scheduler (her name escapes me), because she was also incredibly courteous and helpful.
  
  Can't recommend enough for saving a poor husband's butt to make sure his wife got her gift on time! (OK, so my wife is much nicer and understanding than that.)
